You can’t always help

I think I offer people great advice when they ask for my opinion but I do admit having difficulty in giving advice when it comes to issues involving their own personal psyche. It isn’t impossible to give them advice but I do not want to provide an incomplete answer. If I do not have a sufficient back story related information, I cannot and probably should not provide them with an assessment. I do believe this is the right course of action but I also feel guilty for not going beyond listening and providing moral support. They might say, ‘that is okay,’ but I have trouble believing that is the truth. Below (with permission from my friend) is a situation I was approached with recently:

Logical Approach to Feelings

A lack of sleep leads to one being more in touch with one’s feelings.
∴ Being in touch with one’s feelings = A body that is weakened both mentally and physically.
I successfully setup a coldfusion server!

It took a couple of hours to set it up and to configure it work from within Dreamweaver but I got it working. This isn’t life changing or anything but but completing this task brought some sunshine to what has been a gloomy day.
I wanted to post an image of the live view of the website running within the Dreamweaver environment but since the site I am working on is not mine, I thought that might not be a good idea.
